Japan Appraisal System Inc. is a specialist group with Licensed Real Estate Appraiser, Information Processing Engineer, Operational Experience of Fixed Asset Evaluation, Redevelopment Planner. These specialists join forces for the appraisal of real estate.
Licensed Real Estate Appraisers (LREAs) have acquired the national certificate of Japan. LREAs are recognized by the Real Estate Appraisal Act as being persons with the status of capable and knowledgeable specialists who are in charge of the appraisal of real estate.
All of LREAs are registered at Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and asked to follow the regulations by the Real Estate Appraisal Act.
The two pillars of Japanese real appraisal system are the Real Estate Appraisal Act and the Japanese Real Estate Appraisal Standard.
